Herunder kan du l\u00e6se hvad de har sagt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emil Andreasen, Sommelier &#8211; Restaurant JA<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bombus, latin for humlebi et navn, der symboliserer det umulige, der alligevel lykkes. Den samme tilgang m\u00f8der man hos J\u00f8rn og Inger, hvor passion, nysgerrighed og respekt for naturen danner fundamentet for deres arbejde med vin i et af de mere udfordrende klimaer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At dyrke vin i Danmark er langt fra en selvf\u00f8lge. Det kr\u00e6ver t\u00e5lmodighed, innovation og en dyb forst\u00e5else for naturen. Men i takt med klimaets udvikling er nye muligheder opst\u00e5et, og hos Bombus form\u00e5r de at gribe dem med b\u00e5de ydmyghed og ambition. Her arbejdes der med naturen fremfor imod den, og hver eneste vinstok f\u00e5r den opm\u00e6rksomhed, der skal til for at lykkes under vestjyske forhold.<br>J\u00f8rn og Ingers passion er tydelig fra f\u00f8rste \u00f8jeblik. N\u00e5r de deler historier om deres \u00e5rgange, m\u00e6rker man b\u00e5de stoltheden og respekten for det arbejde, der ligger bag. Det vestjyske vejr byder p\u00e5 udfordringer \u00e5ret rundt, og netop derfor bliver hver h\u00f8st og hver flaske et resultat af vedholdenhed og k\u00e6rlighed til h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bes\u00f8get p\u00e5 vinmarken giver et sj\u00e6ldent indblik i en produktion, som mange kun kender fra sydligere himmelstr\u00f8g. Her er det i \u00f8jenh\u00f8jde, i en skala hvor alle kan v\u00e6re med, og hvor man virkelig f\u00e5r lov til at forst\u00e5 processen fra jord til glas.<br>Efterf\u00f8lgende forts\u00e6tter oplevelsen i hjemlige rammer, hvor J\u00f8rn med stor indlevelse fort\u00e6ller om vinens rejse gennem presning, g\u00e6ring og lagring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smagningen er et h\u00f8jdepunkt i sig selv. Her bliver det tydeligt, at Bombus ikke blot laver vin de skaber produkter med identitet og retning. Is\u00e6r deres mousserende vine, fremstillet efter den traditionelle metode, imponerer markant. At kunne levere bobler p\u00e5 dette niveau i Danmark vidner om et kompromisl\u00f8st fokus p\u00e5 kvalitet og h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aftenen rundes af med en gennemt\u00e6nkt tapasoplevelse, hvor Inger s\u00e6tter en \u00e6re i at bringe egne og lokale r\u00e5varer i spil. Blandt andet p\u00f8lse fra deres egne hjorte. Det hele serveres med samme n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og varme, som resten af bes\u00f8get.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Et bes\u00f8g hos Bombus er mere end en vinsmagning. Det er en oplevelse af, hvordan vilje, passion og respekt for naturen kan forvandle udfordringer til muligheder.
